Biscuit Tournament Round 8
This is the first round of the second bracket! It was AMAZING! The competition is getting stiffer!
In the savory side of the competition:
Pimento Cheese (PC): Carrot and Celery biscuit with pimento cheese! by Sam Evans

Jalapeño Cheddar (JC): Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit with Cream Cheese Fluff and Pepper Jelly by Kelly Koffler
In the sweet side of the competition:
After School Special (ASS): Cinnamon sugar and apple biscuit with peanut butter by Sylvia Pinegar
VS
Cardamom Craze (CC): Spiced biscuits with cardamom steeped raisins topped with spiced pear jam and honey goat fluff.

PC: Celery and carrots belong in biscuits! Crunch & Munch.
CC: Creamy, yummy, fresh goodness!
JC: I have been waiting for the second round just so I could eat the Jalapeño Cheddar again!
PC: Fresh, free, fun! Two thumbs up!
ASS: I wish I was still in school so I could make more excuses to eat this!
Seriously, if you aren't enjoying cardamom soaked raisins in the morning you need to. Raisins are not pretending to be chocolate chips! Stop saying that!
ASS: This one took me back to a simpler time, when my metabolism was fast and my wit was slow.
CC is ALLLLL THAT!!!! and a bag of chips.
The pimento cheese did me in!
Apples & PB are something I at together often & loved them in a biscuit!
I love anything with Pepper jelly on it!
CC: The cream stuff on this one was dope!
JC: Nice tongue tingle!
