SUPPLIERS

We care where our products come from and who makes em!

ABITA BREWERY Abita Springs, Louisiana.  Abita Brewery is known for their beer, but we cant get enough of their root beer.  It is made with a hot mix process using spring water, herbs, vanilla and yucca. Unlike most soft drink manufacturers, Abita sweetens its root beer with pure Louisiana cane sugar. The resulting taste is reminiscent of soft drinks made in the 1940s and 1950s.

COAST ROAST Gulfport, Mississippi. A company founded by machinists, mechanics, and gear heads led to the restoration of some of the U.S.'s oldest coffee roasters. We can confidently state that we offer a cup like no other. They focus on the technical side of roasting and use these beautiful old roasters to do it!  They supply the coffee we use to make our delicious cold brew!

EVANS MEATS  Birmingham, Alabama. This family run company is focused on quality! They source the best meats from the best suppliers. We are grateful to work with them.

FLY LLAMA  Biloxi, Mississippi. Fly Llama is brewed right down Howard Avenue in Biloxi. It is so great to be able to serve such a delicious beer and seltzer and we are proud it is from our community.

INTELLIGENTSIA Chicago, Illinois. Known as one of the top roasters in the country, Intelligentsia uses extreme discretion in the sourcing of their beans, often working directly with the farmers.  They showcase a dynamic range of coffee even if it means their offerings will be available for a limited time.

JV FOODS Louisiana.  JV Foods focuses on bringing the best produce to Gulf Coast area chefs & restaurants and we are thankful they exist.  They work with several farms around the south east and deliver their products. It is because of them we get most of our fresh local produce, eggs & milk.

KILOGRAM TEA  Chicago, Illinois.  Kilogram is an American tea company sourcing fresh and compelling teas reflecting peaks of season, land and process.Tea is defined by a process of transformation that changes the fresh harvest of the Camellia sinensis plant through a series of steps, drawing out the sweet, clean, complex flavors that are a result of terroir and cultivar. They honor these flavors by selecting teas that are primarily organically grown and produced, sustainable, and meet the standards of our sensory evaluation process.

MAMA MOCHA   Auburn, Alabama. Snarky and rich!  That is the only way you can describe this coffee.  It has an attitude that will get you through the day, and detail and source only quality beans.   Also! Mama Mocha was started by this amazing woman who, along with her family, runs her business with so much heart! She is one of our Heros!

REVE  Lafayette, Louisiana. A small craft roaster from Lafayette, Louisiana.  Known for their high quality espresso in the coffee world, but we love them for their single origin coffees and their creole spirited blends!  They are Louisiana at its best!
