EAT A PEACH (EP) by by Jason Agostinelli: Honey almond biscuit with caramelized peaches, sweet fluff & mint pesto.

POPPIN' BISCUIT (PB) by Rachel Reynolds: Pop Rocks biscuit with sweet fluff and Pop Rocks.
On the savory side of the competition:
BESTO PESTO (BP) by: Mary Ann O'gorman: Parmesan, herb and pine nut biscuit with garlic vinaigrette.
VS
IN A PICKLE (IP) by Jacklyn Wrigley: Dill pickle biscuit with come back sauce and fried onions.

WE ASKED FOR YOUR COMMENTS AND THEY WERE GREAT! ( WE WILL USE THE INITIALS OF THE BISCUITS THAT ARE BEING COMMENTED ON)
EP: Very distinct flavors with good complexity.
EP: = Perfection.
PB: My collar popped while eating this. Being such a rare resource, I'm glad to enjoy hard to find Pop Rocks
PB: Such an amazing throwback to my childhood.
IP: This is what dreams are made of! The only thing that could make it better would be 2 of them.
PB: Strange! It totally works! Yum!
IP: Fried pickles and blooming onion all rolled into a biscuit!!!!
EP: All of these flavors mixed so well!
PB: Pop Rocks are the classy garnish that we never knew we needed.
IP: Pickles are good. Thanks for feeding me a pickle biscuit.
EP: Love the Mint!
BP: you guys should serve this on the reg.
IP: the comeback sauce sold it!
PB: Mom never let me have pop rocks, now I know why!
IP: It brought back memories of little league and 5cent pickle pops!
EP: I wanted more! the combination of sweet peaches and mint pesto was so refreshing and divine!
BP: Lovely!
PB: My childhood dream come true!
BP: Don't usually like pesto, but this biscuit made me a believer!
EP: loved the mint pesto! It was refreshing and paired well with peaches.
PB: The nostalgia in ever bite made me change my mind on this one and vote for what ten year old me would like.

BP: The garlic vinaigrette was heavenly!

PB: Just something about this made it so, so, so pleasing!
PB: Thank you for introducing me to this amazing fusion!
BP: These were both good but the pesto was the BESTO!
PB: Im shocked at my choice of these biscuit! That popping biscuit was great, perfect textures together.
EP: delicious & fresh; well balanced. Loved the subtle mint pesto flavor.
PB: I hate to be an 8-year-old but the popping biscuit was just so good!!!!! That sweet creamy fluff <3 <3 <3!

IP: AMAZING! The comeback sauce and fried onions, not just the taste but the texture!! Huzzah!
EP: It wisely incorporated almonds... a perfect paring. The mint pest added the mystery.
BP: Loved these flavors together. Pine nuts are the bomb!
IP: add this to the menu :)
