FRITO PIE (FP) by Jay Meadows: Cheese Corn Biscuit with Chili Fluff, Cheddar & Fritos

Here’s what you thought:

JCM: The chai biscuit with the vanilla crumble was perfectly balanced with the acidity of the green apple. The pecan crumbles left a crisp crunch inside the mouth with the siltiest taste of nut. The nut combined with the chai showcased the spice and earthy tones of the nut in an explosion of perfect harmony in the mouth.
FP: mmmmm.. Those Fritos!!!! Mmmmm… That Cheddar!!! And that Biscuit!!! More please.
JCM: Gently spiced tender, fluffy biscuit covered with smartly paired fruit, flavors and nuts. Superb!
FP: It made my tastebuds dance on the first bite!
JCM: Add me to the menu!
FP: The Frito chip crumbles add just enough crunch to balance the fluffy goodness of the biscuit. Also, the creaminess up front with the fiery after taste is exciting!
JCM: Merry Christmas! Loved it!
FP: Holy Cow the Fito Pie was awesome. Yummy. I loved that it was spicy. What a nice surprise that was.
JCM: The unique chai flavor (& my sweet tooth) wins out.
FP: It was good.
JCM: Beyond delicious with sweetness, which is how i like my biscuit. The chai is not overwhelming but just enough. The soaked chai apples was just perfect on the top.
FP: The savory Frito Pie was perfectly spicy & the ingredients perfectly paired with each other. YUM!
JCM: Perfectly sweet with great burst of spice!
FP: Although both made my tastebuds shudder with ecstasy, the Frito Pie stole my heart & belly. It was birthing with flavor only comparable to the explosion of each individual spark of a 4th of July firework.
JCM: just the perfect combination of sweet and spice flavors
FP: Savory > Sweet. Every time.
JCM: This came out on top! The vanilla and apples really made it.
FP: Just the right amount of spice!
JCM: Ahhhhhmazing!!!!!
FP: Burst of flavor, tastes like a full meal in one bite.
JCM: Enjoyed the aroma of Chai and the acidity from the apple that goes well with the sweetness of vanilla fluff. Pecan crumble added texture as well. Very well balanced.
