FRITO PIE (FP) by Jay Meadows: Cheesy Corn Biscuit with Chili Fluff, Cheddar & Fritos
Here’s what you thought:
PI: Hit all the notes!
FP: Fritos almost feel like cheating but this was a perfect match for the weather
PI: Peach is the bomb!
HB: Loved the complexity, immediate sense of the lemon oil and sharpness of feta fluff
HB: Very good textures and blend of flavors.
FP: From the crunch to the deep flavors of the biscuit, the treat delights!
PI: Love the basil w/sweet. Light yet rich.
HB: So much flavor! Obsessed.
JCM: The chai soaked apples put it over the top.
FP: All the flavors came together in one bueno bite.
JCM: A fabulous combination of flavors. The apples are perfect!
HB: Loved it! The ingredients really complement each other.
JCM: Them apples, YAS!
FP: That Cheese!
JCM: It is impressive that the chai flavors work great in the biscuit.
FP: Wasn’t sure how i felt about a Frito Pie biscuit but i’m loving all the flavors.
HB: happy Happy Joy Joy
PI: Im a sucker for coconut…. Edit: Im coo coo for coconut
JCM: Keeper
PI: The vanilla basil is brilliant and provides a complexity to the peach flavor.
HB: Cant beat sweet pots and mushrooms! AND BARBARA ROCKS <3
JCM: Chai Chai Baby!
HB: The Happy Bites makes me very happy!
