POPPIN' BISCUIT by Rachel Reynolds: Poprocks biscuit with sweet fluff and pop rocks
On the savory side of the competition:
MEXICAN (M) by Julian Brunt: Corn, Poblano and sundried tomato biscuit with quest fresco
IN A PICKLE (IP) by Jaklyn Wrigley: Dill Pickle Biscuit with comeback sauce and fried onions
HERE IS WHAT YOU THOUGHT OF THE BISCUITS:
VBC: Hands down the winner. Wish my table saved me more than the little bite i had. Vanilla bourgone cherry quickly
IP: Comeback sauce made me want to come back for more of the unique flavor combination!
PB: too much fun! Also Tasty!
PB: This biscuit really popped it off!
M: The blending of court and sundries tomato works deliciously with a crunch while the poblano is subtle and not overpowering. The cheese crumbles are a nice complement.
IP: Comeback sauce was critical to success of biscuit
PB: I can't wait to pop rocks another in my mouth!
VBC: Cherries offered unique flavor that kept me wanting more
IP: Truly a tie, but who would have thought a pickle biscuit!
M: Always classic.
VBC: I don't even like cherrie1 yumalicious
IP: This combination was brilliant! lots of zest and blended with the fresh dough!
