Biscuit Tournament 2016!!! Round 1!

THE DRAMA IS BACK!!!! The first round was so close on both sweet and savory brackets!
In the savory side of the competition:
Pizza Amore (PA): Basil, oregano, rosemary, and cornmeal biscuit with Sautéed Mushrooms, Roasted Tomatoes, and Mozzarella by Barbara Goosetree
VS
The Opa! Biscuit (OB): Oregano, feta and red pepper flake biscuit with Tzatziki Fluff by Heather Denison
In the sweet side of the competition:
Biscuit in Paradise(BP): Vanilla and toasted coconut biscuit with rum roasted pineapple and fluff by Caren Goss
VS
Goat Thyme (GT): Arugula thyme biscuit with goat fluff, fig jam and balsamic reduction by Amanda Knesal

BP: Worthy of a Bloody Mary on the side
OB: Umpa Opa Yum Yum Yum!!!!
BP: All you need is a beach and a hammock! That was really good!
PA: This was my favorite. The biscuit had the taste of polenta that I really enjoyed.
OB: Winner! Tzatziki fluff is awesome!
GT: Loved both but the goat thyme was so full of flavor that I give it an A+
BP: like a sweet trip to the Caribbean - Yummy!!!
PA: Great mix of flavors, loved the fresh Mozzarella!
GT: OMGod! this like sweet & savory. Goat fluff on a sweet biscuit Ballzie. 10 out of 10 would try it again!
OA: Tzatziki fluff! 'Nuff Said! I would put it on everything
BP and GT: Hard to pit a fig against a pineapple! Great flavors on both - Pretty much a tie for me. Biscuit in Paradise wins because it makes my mouth happy!
PA: Screw Bagel bites! When Pizza's on a Biscuit is when you should REALLY eat it anytime!
BP: The pineapple and coconut combined for a crunch I liked to munch and bunch!
GT: Fig and Balsamic = perfection
OB: The Mozzarella was hella tight but tzatziki fluff makes me TZ-Freak-I out
BP: Guns out rums out for that delicious roasted pineapple and I can't get enough coconut in my life
