FRANGIPANE BISCUIT (FB) by Melissa Johnson: Sweet Almond Biscuit with Frangipane Fluff, Passion Fruit Jam, Mango & Mint.

On the savory side of the competition:  

COOL AS A CUCUMBER (CAC) By Becca Niolet: Green Onion Biscuit with Cucumbers, Chickpeas, Tomatoes, and Sour Cream.
SHRUTE FARM SPECIAL (SFS) By Maura Worch: Beet & Rosemary Biscuit with Arugula, Goat Fluff & Honey.

HERE IS WHAT YOU THOUGHT OF THE BISCUITS:  

FB: This biscuit is all I’ve ever dreamed of. Melissa, you are a biscuit fairy. Tropical yet classy.

SFS: Best biscuit for the fall season!

TSB: Good #%*!

FB: The FB is unique! Tastes like a Hawaiian wedding cake!

CAC: Loved the light taste of the cucumbers.

FB: Fruity and complex!

SFS: Good blend of flavor with a nice sharp finish with the arugula.

TSB: Lovely & Mild

SFS: Beets <3

FB: Superb! Beautiful & Bright!

SFS: Wonderfully Earthy!

CAC: Delightfully happy flavor for a savory biscuit!

TSB: Flavors of bananas, sour cream, and cool whip work perfectly together!

FB: Oh man, that Frangipane!

SFS: Maura’s got the Beet!

TSB: Loved the banana pudding biscuit!

SFS: Perfectly earthy, like a Northern California wine tasting weekend in my mouth!

FB: Frangipane was exotic enough BUT passion fruit, mango & mint! DATIS AN A+++ Ultra!

SFS: Oyyy Vey!! The only Beet food that was near as suprizing was borscht. The sweet earthy combo was was revelation!!!!!!!!!!!!

TSB: It had explosive flavors.

SFS: It was very incredible. It hit my savory glands like a target!

CAC: This ‘cuke’ is cool!
