SIMPLY SALMON (SS) by Joshua McNiel: Dill & Garlic Biscuit with Goat Cheese, Smoked Salmon and Balsamic Glaze

VERY VERDE (VV) by Presley McNeil: Mozzarella Chive Biscuit with Pesto, Arugula & Avocado
HERE IS WHAT YOU THOUGHT OF THE BISCUITS:
TC: That butter was dang good!
GMS: I love me some fall/winter vibes
VV: Great flavor! I loved the pest paired with the mozzarella. And for someone who doesnt like arugula, you got my vote!
TC: Nice and Smooth
VV: Exotically layered flavors
SS: Someone has been to IKEA lately! This is very Swedish! I love it!
GMS: It all came together for a campfire on my tongue
VV: The flavors explode with excellent Balance
TC: Subtle mix of flavors, and not too sweet
VV: Fresh AF!
TC: Original & So delicious
SS: Loved the salmon, dill & garlic!
GSM: A great balance of fudge biscuit and creamy marshmallow.
VV: has complex flavors that complement each other
GMS: Great balance. Got everything in 1 bite.
VV: Reminds me of my Italian grandfather’s pesto! I felt him here with me. LOVE!
SS: I really like the Salmon Biscuit!
TC: Simple and delicious! The raisins were excellent!
SS: The straight goat cheese with salmon & glaze really made a perfect bite with the biscuit choice.
VV: Simply Ballin! The only addition i could think of would be sprinkling diamonds on it.
TC: I usually don’t like raisins but I loved the little flavor bursts.
VV: That pesto is the Best-o! Flavor bomb to the extreme & oh so good!
