Biscuit Tournament Round 11!

GOODNESS!  THE DRAMA!  This is getting so tough!  But you did it once again! You picked your favorites!  

In the savory side of the competition:  

Jalapeño Cheddar (JC):  Jalapeno cheddar biscuit with cream cheese fluff and pepper jelly by Kelly Koffler
VS
Figgy Bleu(FB): Fig biscuit with rendered prosciutto and bleu cheese butter by Donna Deaton.

In the sweet side of the competition:  

Cardamom Craze(CARD): Cardamom spiced raisin biscuits with honey goat fluff by Ali Leggett
VS
Cinnamon Cherry (CINN): Cinnamon biscuit with spiced cherry fluff and toasted pecans by Deb Alexander.

Anyone would be lucky to eat either of these but prosciutto and figs have won a special place in my heart.  
CARD: I would love to meet this supposed "honey goat.'  He or she makes some damn good fluff.

CINN kicked my tastebuds into high gear... with toasted pecans.... SAY.NO.MORE!
Max (4 years old) says the jalapeño cheddar is "a little little little bit spicy"
Cant ever get passed the cream cheese/pepper jelly!  Match made in heaven!!!
